Found an interesting image on WikiCommons about Charles X. During the 19th century, a book made quite a stir as it was said to be a historical account, but was really a work of fiction, about the life of this King.

OOops! Wrong King! it was the story of Charles IX written by Prosper Mérimée that caused such a fracas in France at the beginning of the 19th Century. Thought to be a historical account, the novel was heavily criticized. You can find this fabulous book in NB public libraries.
